Vonnegut's use of dark humour is evident in his portrayal of the absurdity of war, time travel,and human behaviour in extreme situations. The novel's non-linear narrative and Billy's detached perspective create a surreal and satirical commentary on the horrors of war, blending tragedy with moments of dark comedy.
2)"The Catcher in the Rye" by J.D. Salinger
"The Catcher in the Rye" is a classic novel that combines elements of dark humour with themes of alienation and disillusionment.
